Returns
We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the right product ordered.
Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. Ruuh.co.uk will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Please note, we do NOT offer refunds on promotional, reduced or discounted items.
Please email our customer care team at info.ruuh@gmail.com. Please state or include the following information: name, email address, order number, product code and reason for return.
Then let us know whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.
Refunds, exchanges or replacements are processed when we receive the product back unopened and unused in its original packaging or we cannot offer a refund.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Ruuh.co.uk) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.
